Professor Behe.

Professor Behe teaches Biochemistry at Lehigh University and is the author of the highly reviewed book, Darwin's Black Box: The Biochemical Challenge to Evolution. He will present his most recent thinking on his current findings and will argue that the origin of life cannot be explained by natural selection, but only by intelligent design....

Two Theologians Respond to Professor Behe

Dr. Philip J. Hefner, Director of the Chicago Center for Religion and Science. He is also editor-in-chief of Zygon: Journal of Religion and Science and teaches systematic theology at the Lutheran School of Theology of Chicago. Among his many works is the award winning book (1994 Templeton Prize) The Human Factor: Evolution, Culture, Religion.

Dr. C John Collins teaches Old Testament at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Mo. He is the recipient of a John Templeton Foundation grant for developing a course on science and Christian Faith. He holds undergarduate degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and currently serves as fellow of the Discovery Institute's Center for the Renewal of Science and Culture.
