Dear Members and Friends of Christ Covenant,
As you well know, our weekly mailings have been few and far between lately (we have supplemented our weekly emailed sermon offerings by sending studies on Images of Eternity, a topical sermon series from 1995). The primary reason is that in purchasing and moving into a new property (our first home) I have been overly busy with the legal paperwork and in some essential construction work at the property.
This week we began a new order of service which has been arranged to deal with the limitations of our facility until we can put up a 32 by 48 sanctuary in another year and a half or so.So, we are back in business and I am preaching on a weekly basis again. So many thanks to our guest pastor Timothy Elliott who has graciously filled in where I had no real time to give these last few months!
Into early October I will be preaching from the Psalter and hope to finish the tenth commandment before the Christmas series begins right after Thanksgiving. Thank your for your patience while I took care of essential church business!
